Baby RoomWe would like to welcome you and your child to our baby room. One of our first priorities is to ensue that your child’s transition from home to nursery is supported and that strong relationships with our dedicated and experienced practitioners are made.
In the baby room we aim to follow your child’s routine as you have it at home to ensue familiarity whilst at nursery. We have our own kitchen area for preparing breakfast, snacks and bottles, our main meals are prepared in our main nursery kitchen where all allergies can be catered for. |

In the baby room our favorite activities are based around sensory play, from water play, playdough, jelly play and sand, alongside lots of singing and looking at books and sharing stories.
Gross motor skills play a big part of the baby room as we support children to sit, crawl and walk. We have tummy time with the little ones as well as the baby gyms which create opportunities to move in lots of different ways, twisting, turning, stretching and rolling.
We use our own nursery curriculum to start your child’s journey through the nursery starting with Milestone 1. Each room covers a milestone so by the time your child leaves for school they will have all the skills to be a confident and independent young person.
Prime areas of learning are vital for all babies and young children and during the day/session we ignite children’s curiosity and enthusiasm with our focused activity boxes such as, balls, musical instruments, light play, bubble disco and many more.

Our separate sleep area allows children to rest and nap in a cosy and relaxing space. All children sleeping are monitored every 10 minutes and recorded on the Famly app.
The Famly app shares your child’s daily activities, sleeps, nappy changes plus lots of photographs to give you the reassurance your child is having a lovely day.

We provide all formula milks and bottles and can cater for all dietary requirements. We offer breakfast, lunch and tea with mid morning and mid afternoon snacks in between at times according to your child’s individual routine.
We have our own outside space for your child to play and have lots of fun in the fresh air. The summer house creates an outside area which is cosy and sheltered from the British weather.
